Freediving

A way back to yourself — your own buoy, your own pace.

Just breath, body, and attention. The steadiness of the breath-hold follows you back into your day, into whatever the day holds. We train the Molchanovs way — Wave 1 through 3.

The urge to breathe is a reflex — and once you feel that for yourself, the whole thing opens up. You stay with it, ease arrives on its own, and the line becomes somewhere you want to be.

The body already knows how. Put your face in the water and the heart slows down by itself — the mammalian dive reflex, a calm the body has carried all along. Freediving is learning to rest inside it.

Any point on the line is a complete dive — the day's depth is each diver's own. That ease is what comes back up. You come up more alive, and it follows you.

The Molchanovs path we train in, wave by wave:

Wave 1 · 12–20 m

First real dives. Theory, pool and open water: breath-holds, equalization, safety, the line.

Wave 2 · 24–30 m

Frenzel equalization and the first freefall — the part of the dive where the water carries you.

Wave 3 · 34–40 m

Mouthfill and long, quiet freefalls — ease at depth, soft and clear where the light turns blue.

Each Wave carries a certification recognised worldwide, with Base Training in between — structured practice for the time between waves. That's the system this community grows in.

Our weekends run in two rhythms: deep water on Saturdays — off the boat, down the line — and pool on Sundays for technique and breath-work. One person per buoy, always your own.

The kids of the community grow up in the same water — freediving for kids.
